Though I have much to write to you, I would rather not use paper and ink. Instead I hope to come to you and talk face to face, so that our joy may be complete.
The first few words of Acts 2:1 reveals that there is more going on with Pentecost than just what was happening that day.
Commission means that we are a sending church. We honor the past, while we work for the future. And we always believe that everyone’s brightest days are ahead of them.
connection is living a life of constant community with God.
He is our supplier, who is as close to us as the air that we breathe.
Pastor Austin builds the case for why John the Baptist gives us the best example for the way we should make disciples.
In his first Sunday visiting us at Courage Church, Pastor Brad Reed (lead Pastor of the New York Dream Center and one of the overseers/pastors of Jacob and Dawn Bender) talks about impartation, and about building the church on a firm foundation.
Most of us try and separate worship from working. Ministry is what we do on Sunday's, and everything else is "life" - but it doesn't work.
