spoiler alert: the book of Job never tells us why we suffer.

The question of “why” is the wrong question, yet it is the question that is asked over and over and over throughout the book of Job, yet goes unanswered all the way to the end.

This is a book about the wrong questions.

It’s also a book about pain. and loss. and doubt.

It’s a book about empathy. and compassion. and grace.

It’s a book about storms.

and chaos.

and God being there, right in the middle of the storm.
