LEAD PASTORS
Rich & Carmen have been in ministry together for over 15 years. They each have served in many roles from kids & youth pastors to outreach & connections pastors. Their work in the local church has allowed them to serve in Florida, Tennessee, and parts of Michigan but they are proud to call Detroit home. Together, they have 3 kids and a dog- Olivia, Diego, Camila, and Grizzly (the dog). They are passionate about the local church and cultivating vibrant, racially diverse communities. Their desire is to make the message of Jesus accessible to everyone through relatable communication, authentic relationships, and intentional community.
DUSTIN & TERAH SEATON
WORSHIP PASTORS
The Seaton’s have been married for 13 years & in ministry together for over 14 years. They have 3 children Emerson, Jack & Ellanor. Together the Seaton’s have ministered in several locations throughout Michigan and states such as Illinois & Florida. Dustin & Terah desire to see the faith community have an encounter with God through their worship experience.
ROBERTO PAREDES
FAMILY MINISTRIES PASTOR
Roberto grew up in Orlando, Florida and has served in ministry for over 5 years. Roberto has a passion to love and serve kids and teens and to help them experience Jesus. Berto enjoys spending time with friends & family and is always down for a dance party!
CYNTHIA DIXON
ADMIN ASSISTANT
Cynthia was born and raised in Southwest Detroit. After serving in the Marine Corps for 9 years, she felt called back to her childhood neighborhood to serve the community. Though Cynthia only has one child, a 12 year old daughter named Sarya, she is blessed to be surrounded by a village of her family. Her passions include serving the community and being a Tia (aunt) to every child she meets. Cynthia's current role at Santos Church is all things Administrative.
